Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Process to return/exchange the order: For any return/exchange please contact to the Da-Intimo team within 7 days of its delivery on any of the given option : Phone Number 011-41032464, WhatsApp us at  9899241011 or email us  talktodaintimo@gmail.com.  
  2. We refrain from accepting the return or exchange of briefs, panties & shapewear panties due to the hygiene reason.
  3. Only one exchange is allowed on order of rupees 800 and above. Product bellow Rs. 800 would not be considered in exchange policy.
  4. Once the return/exchange request is placed and the items are picked by our courier partners we process it on priority. The amount is returned back to the consumer through the same mode of payment.
  5. Product that has been sold as part of a multipack will not be returned as an individual items.
  6. Gift items are not be exchangeable.
  7. In sale events return and exchange policy will be separately defined. Product sold in sales event shall not considered in general return and exchange policy.
  8. Da-Intimo reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of items which show the signs of worn, torn, washed, stained or incomplete. Products with missing label & tags also will not be considered in return/exchange policy.
