    Yes, you heard it right! Vaginal cleaning should be done in a proper way otherwise it can lead to multiple problems. Cleaning your vagina from front to back prevents harmful bacteria that resides in the rear from travelling to the vagina.
  • Use a wash with natural ingredients
    Just like you pay attention to the ingredients present in your skincare products, you need to also see what your intimate wash is made up of? Prefer choosing a wash that constitutes natural ingredients because artificial chemicals make the vagina dry.   • Don’t scrub your vagina
